Where can I get HID's.....
 

Can anyone please tell me where I can order a set of HID headlights? And can someone tell me what all that I need to do to install them? The reason I'm asking is because the stock lights just isn't doing it for me and I would like to know all I can about them. Thanks in advance.

x2 for ddm tuning. Cheap, lifetime warranty, very popular.

Only bad thing about DDM tuning is sometimes their shipping is slow.

Kool, thanks guys. I've added that website to my favorites list and will continue to check it further. I may decide to change the whole light I'm not really sure yet. Plus I have to check if they're legal in my state unfortunately.

Thanks Steve. It's appreciated. I'll be getting some stuff from there pretty soon. Godfather Customs had some mirrors that caught my eye, and JC Whitney had alot of stuff that I really wanted and needed for that matter. I have to play the waiting game a bit first though.

what the difference between hi/lo beams and lo beams and does anyone have pics of everything i need i have some bulbs and i see the small round male and female plug but then there is another plug extra ill take a picutre and post it to show you guys what im talking about..

Do you know what's involved in these lights and are they a plug and play type of deal? I really don't know much about HID's. I have seen them and think they look sharp.

plug and play on the ddm ones i love it it was so simple u connect the wires put the bulb into the headlight put the headlight back on the truck and turn the sucker one and bam

Pretty much self explanatory. Hi/lo beams means you have both high beams, and low beams. Low beams means you have just low beams. Low beams are plenty bright, and a lot of people go with them on the basis that since they are so bright they would never use high beams. I personally prefer the Hi/Lo beams as it gives you the option to flash.

Yup, as Demon said it's basically plug and play. DDM Tuning offers installation guides here: http://www.ddmtuning.com/support/ind...1&pcid=0&nav=0 That installation process is pretty much the same for any HIDs you buy.

The hardest part of the install is figuring out where you want to mount the ballasts.

Kool. Cause the last thing I want to do is to splice or cut wiring on my ranger. One wrong wire cut or spliced, and I'm screwed to say the least. It's the only vehicle I have right now that I can enjoy. Do they come with instructions by any chance?
