Radio won't turn on and no blown fuse?

My radio randomly stopped working and I can't find a blown fuse. I checked the radio fuse in the fuse panel by the clutch/parking brake but it looks good, and I even switched it out with a new one but it still won't turn on. Any ideas?

It's new. Just thought about checking the fuse in the back of the stereo though. Haven't done that yet.

Not trying to be a dick. I think it's getting to be time to take your truck to a professional that knows how to handle wiring it correctly. You have started TWELVE threads in the last two months about wiring this stereo. In those 12 threads, you have gotten tons of expert and detailed advice. Seriously, I think its time to admit defeat and have someone do this the right way for you. I have witnessed people's vehicles burn to the ground due to improper wiring.

Edit. Total is 14 upon recount..

HAHA. Thanks guys. Yea I have had the radio working for the past few months. But it randomly stopped working. I'm not an idiot.

I'm not suggesting you're an idiot. But you're not being truthful with yourself or the forum when you say its been working for a few months. It hasn't and you've made threads telling everyone that it hasn't been. I recounted. You have started 14 threads in the last 2 months alone trying to get this thing to work right. And most less than a month ago.

I could probably wire it up in my sleep if I had it in front of me. I and many others have spent hours on here trying to make sense of your many many wiring and installation posts. We can't help you any more than we have. Seriously, wave the white flag and go to a stereo shop.

Okay first of all I just counted and I have 7 posts about my stereo IF you count grounding locations, and wire harness questions AND 2 posts have been in May, so most of them were NOT less than a month ago. I made this account to get help with the stereo anyway so whoopdy doo. Part of this truck is to do work on it myself and I have done everything. If you actually look, the last post in my last stereo question was 5-11. So I had it working for nearly a month. I'm being completely truthful with myself. I ask these questions in case there are common things that go wrong with stereos in Fords that I am unaware of. Also I figured out all my wiring by myself because the wiring diagrams on here didn't fully match up to my trucks and I solved my own problems. I took my time to do it right the first time. You're job is to help by saying "and you're sure you checked the fuses" blah blah not quite lying to yourself and have a professional do it for you. The fact that you could wire it up in your sleep if you had to is completely irrelevant. Only comment if you have DIY tips because after all, isn't that what most of this forum is about?

The count is 14, including this one. And May 11 is less than a month ago. The question you're asking has been asked and answered in one or more of the other 13 threads. I don't know what more you think you're going to get.

So my suggestion remains to seek professional installation or repair. I'm fully aware that isn't the answer you WANT. But apparently your wants/desires are not realistic in my opinion.

is your radio antenna plugged into the back of the head unit? I almost threw a h/u out the window and then realized is was something that minor that kept it from working.

I am not sure but i think he is refering to the whole stereo unit itself no working and not just the radio aspect itself. thats just my understanding

The radio cable was a major ground for my headunit and it wouldnt come on without it plugged it. atleast thats what i figured as to why it wouldnt work before i plugged it in.
