What is the best exhaust choice for my baby.

I would like what exhaust system gives the 4.0 a good strong sound. And NO I don't want that FART CAN Cherry Bomb that every redneck around here has. I want a nice strong and pure sounding exhaust system.

I think Magnaflow has a lower, less raspy sound then Flowmaster.

I'm very satisfied with my glasspack. Its not real loud or real ricey. Weather you beleve me or not... And it was only $20 so I can't complain.and I have a 3.0.

Re: What is the best exhaust choice for my baby.

Shame on you for insulting cherry bomb. Mine doesn't sound like a fart can or ricey at all. People on here will attest to that, because I posted videos up on here in cab and all. The reason the ones you hear sound like that is because they didn't pick the right one. Flowmaster is a good choice. Here's some photos of my old set up and what I have today.

The old exhaust, Flowmaster American Thunder 40 Series with a side exit in front of the passenger wheel:

Here's what I have today. A 28 inch long cherry bomb glass pack with the stock pipe size (2 and 1/4 inch) inlet and outlet dumped about one foot behind the cab. Overall I spent around $72 dollars on my cherry bomb exhaust and it still sounds like it did when I first had it installed.

Here's what it looked like when I had it installed:

Here's what it looks like today nearly 2 years after it was installed:

Next time be careful before you rag on cherry bomb, cause I aint the only one in here that uses cherry bomb. Alot of people use cherry bomb. They've been around alot longer than Flowmaster.
