Idle problem
 

1 min. it sounds like it has a racing cam 500rpm the next time it high idle around 2200 rpm
I changed the air idle control valve and still have the problem
what next?

Check the upper intake for vacuum leaks.
Do a fuel pressure test to see if pressure is dropping off. Connect it inline if you don't have a schrader valve.
Do a compression test to eliminate head gasket or worn camshaft.
