03 ranger cruise and horn not working

I recently put a 3" body lift on my truck and while in the process of installing the steering shaft spacer I got the stupid idea to play with the steering wheel and turn it around while it was disconnected and I believe I may have messed up some of the wiring in the column because after doing so my horn and cruise control do not work, does anyone know what I might have broke or how difficult to fix and the proper procedure to fix my mistake?
