Does the 1991 Ranger 3.0L have a OBD port?

Ford Ranger XLT
Standard Cab
2-Wheel drive
Long bed
Manual transmission
3.0L engine

Does the 1991 Ranger 3.0L have a OBD port?
Or any sort of port to read errors?
It has an computer and an elecronic ignition modulel, according to the manual.

If it does have a port, where is it?
What sort of tool do I need to read it?

Re: Does the 1991 Ranger 3.0L have a OBD port?

Found the OBD-1 port. It is on the passenger side, under the hood, by the power distribution panel. It's connected under the cap that says EEC Test. I bought a OBD-1 scanner with extension cord, for $29 on ebay, but now that I've got it running, I've not gotten around to checking for codes.
