Anything like that will run pricey and it depends on what kind of budget you have.

lots & lots of stickers, each sticker adds at least 5 hp and if you get a big Monster sticker I've heard all the way up to 37 hp gains.

What everyone is saying, is that there is no real solid way to do what you are asking. Everything that will increase power on a ranger is either expensive or requires extensive modifications (which are also probably quite expensive).

Not gonna be extreamly inexpensive Depends on what motor you have mostly... And also a 5.0 Swap is another way to achieve what you want.

the 4.0 I researched the other day and parts alone to make my 4.0SOHC achieve over 300HP would cast me more than $5,000

- 4.3L Stroker Kit
- High Lift Cams
-Parts to Install a Eaton M90 Super Charger

Another Option is Swapping in a Cummins 4bt in there but that too Can another $5,000+ Mod if you have to get the engine and Trans, Driveshaft any Electronics and anything else you may need sometimes that price can vary greatly depending on the prices of your parts and what condition the 4bt is in when you get it used.

That the 5.0 swap can be as cheap or as costly as you wanna make it.

Building a 3.0 is Hard to do, not really worth it but doible

and a 4cyl you can go big on with the proper build. Not sure on the prices for a turbo 4cyl

Just because it's a truck does no mean it is meant to be slow, maybe in stock form, but if modded or upgraded to a larger motor , things can change quite a bit, any upgrades though are usually up to the owner imagination and purse.

V8 swap or stroked out 4.0.

The words "power" and "inexpensive" do not go together in the same sentence with any vehicle. If it was cheap and easy, it would already have it attached from the factory.
