Mods to come are some diamond plated bedrail caps, possibly a tonneau, a tune, and a lift in the future.

i was thinking a windshield visor, and maybe the black headlight mod, but im afraid to put my lights in the oven lol

thanks guys, it's mostly stock but i wanna tweak a few things and yeah i love my flares.

and you are soooo right about the black part, i pull out of the car wash and im like what the fvck? lol but i love it.

and i hate my wheels, i def want something, not sure what though.

it just seems there is something missing with them.

Lift is def in the future, id like to get a 6 inch lift.

the stang was a plethora of issues:

1. Now notorious 3.7L engine tick, it is now known that there is a
fault in the oiling system for the drivers side of the car, the
mentioned fix it to pull valve covers and cut slots in the cam caps.

what engineer and i discussed was new heads on both sides, he was ok
with that. so i call my dealer 3 weeks later and they have a cam cap
kit. i said, "the engineer from Ford said he's fine with putting
heads/cams in it" well they refused to do anything other than cam caps.

i wouldn't normally be dissatisfied with this fix, but when you have an
oiling issue, this is going to cause a lot of wear on the said drivers
side components. when i changed the oil at 2300 miles, there were nice
size metal shavings (i know with a new engine, a little bit of metal is
normal) but this was a lot, AND there was a few nice sized chunks. Well
both Dealer and Engineer wanted to hear nothing of it. Plus my dealer
lied to the engineer and told them they changed the oil not me. (why
lie? i have documented proof i changed the oil, and it doesn't take a
rocket scientist to change oil!!)

2. Automatic tranny hesitation, i would go to pass someone on the
highway and it would hesitate for 2-4 seconds, then LURCH into the next
gear, almost causing me to lose control of the vehicle. never
documented as 2 dealerships "could not replicate"

3. i went to put my seat back one day, and the handle came right off! i
was able to fix it but still.
4. the cloth material at the bottom of my seat was starting to separate
since week one of ownership.
5. Paint defects all around, (amazingly the dealer fixed these same day
i signed the papers.)
6. Dash rattled like crazy all the time, my god the buzzing was
unbearable on the highway sometimes.
7. Window popped and cracked when i put it up or down, not a huge deal
but bothered me.
8. Loud pitched belt squeal 2-3 times while driving it
9. One of the pulleys chirped 20 mins everytime i drove it.


All in all the car was a nightmare, every week i had it at the, (i call
worthless) dealership for something.

yea ditch the rims, and get new ones and some good looking tires. wheels and tires i think do the most to help the way things look. just my two cents.

well i have the dick cepeks DC-1s i love them i allways wanted them. but the DC-2s looks soo good. but there $$ i think. look look great on rangers but kinda comon on the ranger. I dont recomend steelys i had them there were heavyyyyyy but cheap

I don't thnk there is a 6" lift for our trucks..... I think u can get a 4" superlift or 5" rcd lift but I'm not too positive as I'm stock height. U can get a 3" BL and run 33s no problem though. They run like $180 where as the other lifts are about $1600.

BL sounds good but i dont think i can tackle that one, maybe if i paid someone lol
