14 inch rims and tires
 

I'm looking at buying 14 inch rims and these tires: bfgoodrich radial t/a 245/60/r14 tires. I have a 2001 ford ranger with 15 inch rims with 235/75/r15 tires on. Should I not be putting on smaller tires and rims on my truck?
