Roof rack w/o drilling holes?

I really want a roof rack for storage purposes and to mount lights above my cab, but i refuse to drill holes in my roof

Any alternatives or any companies out there that sell racks like this?

Thule or Yakima are good names fir non-drilled roof racks
You can even Check craigslist for a great deal on a used one if you are on a budget

I think if I just bought a bag of cement while I was at home depot I could probably just blotch that around the holes and make it water tight. What do you think? Hahaa
