Opinions requested on 'professional' tint job.
Hi all, just got my windows tinted on my new truck. I'm not too happy with the job they did, but I'm **extremely** picky, so let me know what you think...

Re: Opinions requested on 'professional' tint job.
how old is the tint? will take a few days for it to cure properly... but it is obvious the trim jobs sucks... I would take it back, and demand they fix it...... this tint job professional? NO!

Re: Opinions requested on 'professional' tint job.
horrible...i already expressed my opinion ur album

Re: Opinions requested on 'professional' tint job.
You're not being picky at all. Those dudes are fired! The "trim work" or a lack thereof, is reason enough to put feet in their a$$es.
This is a perfect example of why you shouldn't work while you are stoned :) |
Re: Opinions requested on 'professional' tint job.
notice he said feet and not foot...AGREED!

Re: Opinions requested on 'professional' tint job.
Take that back to them man. That is a god awful job and there is no way that is professional work. When I get my cars done, and I'm not happy I make them do it over til its done right. There is no excuse for sloppy shitty work like that

Re: Opinions requested on 'professional' tint job.
Haha - thanks for all the quick, no-holds-barred responses.
The tint is only 1 day old, but I don't think any amount of curing can fix it. :D I will definitely take it back to them, but I don't know if they are capable of doing a better job. They advertise computer cut tint that perfectly fits your vehicle, but from what I overheard, they didn't have a pattern for the sliding rear window configuration. They are obviously out of practice at doing tint the old-fashioned way. |
Re: Opinions requested on 'professional' tint job.
id say get ur money back like i said earlier and take it someplace else.
when my bedliner started peeling off i demanded from both the company and the dealer that the whole part of it be done (not the whole bed though) instead of just the problem area. with a lttle presure they will do it w.o any issues. esp with lifetime warranties! which u probablly dont have |
Re: Opinions requested on 'professional' tint job.
Get your money back and take it to a place that does it right.
|
Re: Opinions requested on 'professional' tint job.
take it back, tell them to remove it, and get your money back
|
Re: Opinions requested on 'professional' tint job.
Ebay sells precut tint. I did my front windows for 15$ and 10 minutes. I did it 6 months ago and it still looks great.

Re: Opinions requested on 'professional' tint job.
The bubbles are normal, they will eventually evaporate just park it in the sun, but yeah the cut job sucks, find somebody elso to do it.

Re: Opinions requested on 'professional' tint job.
Definitely take it back, and if they dont fix it, then demand your money back and if they dont do that, well just do what stewie did....

Re: Opinions requested on 'professional' tint job.
