Roof lining

Ok, So I don't have a lining in my truck, It's just painted metal. I dislike it for various reasons, colder, terrible insulation, looks bad, and a terrible echo from the radio . How to I make a roof for it? Can I get a replacement one? I wouldn't mind something custom to go with interior and what not? Thought's or ideas?

The whole ceiling above my head front to back left to right. around the light though!
