2000 Ranger Supercab 3.0L engine is cutting off on the Freeway

I got 2000 Ranger Super cab, 80k miles,3.0L engine and is cutting off on the Freeway. I was about 65-70mph when engine cut off. After I bring it to complete stop engine starts with no problems and go for other 3-4 miles and cuts off again. This repeated on 15 miles about 3-4 times.
I scanned engine with hand analyzer and got tow codes
P0176 and P320. I appreciate any help and suggestions.

thanks you very much

Re: 2000 Ranger Supercab 3.0L engine is cutting off on the Freeway

P0176 = Flexible Fuel (FF) Sensor Circuit Malfunction

Possible causes:

l Open or short in FF sensor VPWR circuit
l Open in battery ground to FF sensor circuit
l Open in FF sensor signal circuit
l Short to ground in FF sensor signal circuit
l Fuel contamination
l Short to VPWR in FF sensor battery ground circuit
l Short to VPWR in FF sensor signal circuit
l Fuel separation
l Damaged FF sensor
l Damaged PCM

All i got for now ;)
