Question about lift blocks + u bolts and t bars
 

I have an 06 Ford Ranger Sport and am looking for a cheap way to give my truck a little more lift. I can get blocks and u bolts for the leaf springs in the back but can only crank the t bar in the front in order to add lift. About how much lift would i get from a t bar crank and is there any other way of lifting the front end aside from buying an entire lift kit?

2 inches froom the tbars, 300 dollar spindle lifts thats it...lol
