stl im confused on that video,it says removed both hoses or remove only one but which one?

Re: power steering fluid of choice?
Remove both hoses.

Re: power steering fluid of choice?
I use SuperTech ATF fluid. Works just as well as Mercon V IMO, never caused me any problem in my power steering or transmission.
|
Re: power steering fluid of choice?
MERCON V ATF Only (as per TSB) - see: Linky
PLEASE do not follow that video - you will wind up with a whining POS of a power steering pump. Their way pumps air in the lines - bad juju. May be fine for them, not us. |

Re: power steering fluid of choice?
Hey guys, jumpin in a little late, but I was in the middle of flushing my p.s. in what I now know was the improper way, via disconnecting ps cooler hose and cranking the wheel around (I had a friend pour in Mercon fluid right before I started it). Then flushed a few times with more fluid. Still squeaking. Where should I go from here? I have a vacuum tool, as well as a turkey baster ha
