Re: End of The World Pics
Interesting pics. I like the coloring and effects, but I'm assuming that's probably digital altering and not developing technique am I right? :D
They look a little bit "staged". Would have been better to find a run-down or abandoned building (maybe the warehouse district of your local city) and acquire a photography permit or whatever they call it there if necessary and take the pics with some genuine backdrops instead of white fabric and rendered clouds. Also, and this is just personal preference, how about the subject DOING something that implies ruggedness or defiance like sharpening a knife, cleaning a gun, polishing a boot, or some other form of survival preparation instead of just looking like he's about to cry. Just some constructive criticism from one photographer to another. Don't take anything I say personally. |
