1990 Ford Ranger Headlight Replacement
 

Hey Forum, I am going to be replacing my Left & Right headlight assembly and I was wondering if there is anything special I need to watch out for, or if anyone knows where I could download and print out some basic instructions of the to accomplish this task. Thanks for any assistance on this.

Are you just replacing the bulbs or the whole assembly?

They are fairly easy to remove. Just take your time and don't force anything. All of that plastic on the front of the truck loves to break especially when it is over 20 years old.

The grill needs to come off and the lights are unscrewed.

Thanks very much for your comments. I guess it's like plumbing, you try doing one thing and something else breaks loose. I'll try to be careful with the old plastic.
