1993 Ranger Front Suspension Drop

I am putting a 1997 Explorer rear axle (3.73 posi, discs, etc.) on my Ranger rear springs, now I want to drop front end on this 2wd and drive at that level. I was thinking Mustang II swap but are there beams/spindles/etc. for this vehicle that allow proper alignment geometry for normal driving? TIA!

They have drop beams, some even cut a coil or 2 and are able to get it within alignment
Beams can be gotten from IDF and other websites.
