I wired the dome light and the map light seperately to the dome light wire and I dont know it started working. Go figure. I am thinking it was a loose connection. The wires for the dome light seemed to just fall apart when I touched them. But they are tight now and secured in place so they wont move . BUt they now work. The gap at the front of the console is fixed too. I took it down to repair the map lights and put it back up then realized I neded a picture to show it working and took this one but I am now happy to say its finished and looks like and operates like its supposed to. Thanks for helping me out on this. I really appreciate it. I am shortly going to do a how to on this for very old rangers as the install is different from the posted instructions a bit. next is bucket seats and console install. Houston has shipped console and I am waiting on seats.
