ideas on max travel spring under lift

ive posted before on this topic and blkranger was much help, however i am ready to find some leafsprings and shackles for my 94 ranger, i have a 99 eexplorer axle sprung under with regular ranger leafs and it sits much too low, i was just wondering if anyone has any knowledge of some leafsprings that would lift my truck up, besides giants 64in kit. ideas on new mounts would help too thanks

So here is what Im thinking what if you was do a shackle reversal, and a shackle drop, and jeep spring under leaf springs. Now I cant remember what the eye to eye are these are so Im gunna dig up some more info. you can also call up Alcan (www.alcanspring.com ) for a custom set.

you could just get some better leafs. a shackle doesn't help the fact that those are weak leafs. could look at an AAL or a set of new leafs and stacking them with yours for more lift.

Re: ideas on max travel spring under lift

so if i measure from the front of the leafs to the rear bolt where it connects to the boomerang, that's how long of a leaf i can run right? and then if i really wanted cut the rear mounts and flip them over and mount them again i would get even more travel? muhaaha

like this idea hope noone minds borrowing the link
