2nd Florida Meet 2011
 

So guys, been a while sense we had a meet and i was thinking we start thinking about another one :D
i said summer meet but i could do pretty much do any weekend. i know we all said we want some mud and i want to get out that by me we have the sweet place for all kinds of trucks. its huge and wont have an isssue with open place for pics ;) so we should talk about date and place. i can try to get google map pics of the place or just drive there and show everyone its sweet :D
also when the meet comes around, be sure to keep us updatedif you are still coming. this thread is just for getting it together. i will closer to the meet make another one with all the info thhat you will have to say you are coming

I already have an okay from Mom to travel. I just need to fix that stupid connector and i'll be set. May need to pick up new tires beforehand too.

on his tranny this clump of wires on a connector is lose and doesnt like to stay conected and when it comes out his O/D light comes on and makes his truck go in safe mode so he has to restart the truck.

a kid that didnt come yesterday said that we should do end of febuary or lil later. i think thats a lil soon but thats just what he suggested :)

What locations do you have in mind for this meet?

We also need to have a planned agenda of some kinda Like

we talked about a place down in lake worth but thats all mudding. place by me in melbourne it would be really good and i bet everyone would enjoy that.

I know where Lake Worth is at. Used to work down that way. The place Pat mentions sounds good, and from the pics i've seen looks pretty good.


What Pat said. The connector keeps popping loose for some reason. Every time it does, some sensor doesn't get a signal and it throws the code during the transmission's self check. So before I go long distances I have to hop under the truck and make sure the connector is tight and i'm fine. But If I forget, then it comes on. Yesterday I made it to the meet with no problems. When we were heading to the trails, I didn't check the connector, so when we were pulling off the road on 40 to see where we were goin, the light came on. I crawled under, pushed it back on, and all the way to the trails I had no problem. When we left later that afternoon, I didn't check the connector, and when we here headin to 40 on 314 the light came on, and I had to shut the truck down while everyone was makin the turn onto 40. When we got to the place where we lined the trucks up for pics, I hopped under the truck, smacked the connector, and when I went home, I had no problems. The alignment is kinda off on my truck, so I think the vibration isn't helping the connector stay on at all.
