Speaker magnet very close to back of cab

Ok, here's the situation....

I recently installed some 6x8 pioneers in the doors and rear of my single cab. My dilemma is that I am going to put some dynamat in the rear cab...the only problem is that right now, the back of the speaker magnet almost touches the back of the cab.

I feel that if I put the dynamat in behind it, that the back of the speaker magnet will touch the dynamat and cause the whole back cab to vibrate or cause an issue.

I dont want the back of the speaker touching anything.

Is that a common issue? I saw one guy put some electrical tape behind the speaker to touch the speaker...but it seems like I said earlier..which would cause more vibration since the speaker is actually flush with the back of the cab instead of having at least a 1/4 inch gap.

What do you guys think? Any experience here on this?

can you make a 1/4" or so shim to pull the speaker out and still get the grill back on?

Put the Dynamat behind it and put it in. It'll be fine.

Yea..Im thinking now that even if the back of the speaker DOES sit flush with the back of the cab, the dynamat will take in the vibration...plus it may provide more "stability" for the speaker.
