Alright seems like everyone has agreed on a date. So lets get that hotel info rolling!!

Round and round, finally got a deal mostly worked out. The GM at the hotel is guaranteeing us 12 rooms - Queen, double, non-smoking for the meet. Rate is same as last time - $69.95 a night. I did check in May 27 (Friday) and check out May 29 (Sunday), but I'm sure they'll let you change that if your coming in Saturday or leaving early.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news...

But the slammin and jammin car show will be there those three days, two during the meet up.

Traffic will be hell, and well, I havet decided if Im going to the show or not.

Considering im not slammed lol

Just wanted to let you know, its supposed to be at some park, starts with a c.

Hell yeahs who cares if you are slammed the trucks will still look good for others to look at and we can see the other trucks. Thoughts anyone Im up for it

I can tell you never attended a Knoxville meet. its actually in Farragut TN. which is just west of Knoxville it should be too bad if you book your room now. Concord park where we usually go is about 30 min from where Slammin Jammin is...

Yeah, the Slammin and Jammin show is out at Chilhowee Park, which is in East Knoxville. We typically meet in Farragut, which like Stone said, is west of Knoxville.

I can start calling the hotel about a group rate once we get a head count.

sweet.... so every one that wants a hotel room speak up now we need a head count.. so we know how many rooms to get under the group rate
