4.0 head swap
 

since ford changed the port size on the 98 head, would it be possible to run pre 98 heads with the bigger exhaust ports and headers for the pre 98? Im picking up a core engine to rebuild for free, but it does have 1 cracked/burned head

it would be a good idea to keep both heads the same. so if you change one, change the other so they both match. they dont have to be from the same engine, as long as they are exactly the same type of head
