New Inner Tie rod ... Grease Pack ( Oh hello I am Dudebeast)

I just got the Inner tie rods. They come with lock tite and a grease pack. I know the lock tite goes on the threads but do I just squeeze the grease pack into the boot before reinstalling it?

thanks ... I found out that it is supposed to be packed around the joint . Then the boot slips over it and use some good zip ties to hold it together.
