weird take off
 

I just replaced my bad 02 sensor and put in a new fuel filter. Last month I put in new plugs. The problem is that when I take off after the trucks been sitting a while it has little power and makes a stutter over 3000 rpm. but if you let off the gas quick and hit it again it works fine and will keep working problem free. I'm puzzled by this and wondering if anyone has any ideas?? thanks

Put the old O2 sensor back in and see if performance goes back to normal. Same with fuel filter. New stuff is known to be bad on occasion. If you have a bad or wrong fuel filter starving the engine over 3000 rpm...sure. But you are going to say you threw the old ones out. (I never do until I know everything is ok - same with receipts)
