541 police code
 

just saw on local news that a cop has a plate on his car reads 541MALL

541 code is = murder so it would read as " murder m all "
the plates were seen by fellow officers and I guess they told a superior
the plates are expired now they say.

you know he knew what he was putting on there.

he was involved that night in a local shooting too as reported by the news

I don't find it odd because neither I nor you have any idea what he is trying to imply by it. I doubt he is announcing that he wants to murder everyone, which obviously what you are assuming.
