Re: should i get it?
Do you have a price range you are trying to stay under? If your not set on soft and can spend more I would look at the undercover tops. I have seen these in person and they are pretty sweet. And light as hell you can pop them off and store them away very easy. More secure too.
http://undercoverinfo.com/new_classic.php I have never been a big fan of the soft tonneau but thats just me. Doesnt seem like to bad of deal tho I see them used for 100+ |
Re: should i get it?
the cover i was looking runs at about $219. that is a nice one too. i'm going to look more into it.

Re: should i get it?
Soft covers like that can be a real pain in the butt when it's cold since the cover gets stiff and shrinks a little. If you are looking at going as in expensive as possible, you might want to look at a tri-fold cover.

Re: should i get it?
i have no problems with my soft cover in the winter at -40 c, unless theres ice on it, i was never a fan of soft ones either until my f150 came with one, and now i think they are great because i can roll it up to put my atv in the box

Re: should i get it?
Trifold FTW!! So convenient and you can just pop the whole thing off so easily

Good choice. Best of both worlds.

Re: should i get it?
those diamondbacks are nice man, too nice for my price range haha So i called around today to get a quote on the undercover tonneau's and one place said they have them for my truck and it would be over $700, way too much for me. I went to another place and asked them if they had any for my size truck and said they don't make any to fit it. Also got some prices on some other regular roll ups that they sell, the cheapest one was $300. Needless to say i was just better off ordering one off the internet. it should be here hopefully in the next two weeks or so. Here's what i just ordered:
