take foot off gas, take off easy, start braking well before stoplights/brakes, etc.

there are really no items you can add that will help you regardless of all the hype. since your truck is no new, there really isnt anything that you can replace either.

just follow their gas saving tips except for the cold air intake one because it does nothing for a Ranger
