southern new england meet?
 

I am in north central Ct. Hell, just make it Ct. It ain't big enough to bother splitting up.

Would be willing to drive up to an hour or 2. Just bought my ranger this week and would be willing to shoot the bull with more seasoned owners and maybe ask a few questions such as WTF is that zip tie there for.

BTW, I have a bone stock 97 xlt ext cab 3.slow 5 speed with leer cap.

I am particularly interested in having someone with vulcan experience drive it and say either, yeah, it does kinda run like shit or nope, that's normal and why it's called a 3.slow. I think the biggest issue might be that I'm still running on the stale gas the PO put in it.

i think i can make that. looking forward to meeting other rangerers. hopefully someone can tell me if my 3.slow is supposed to be this much of a pig or there is something wrong. i can say that 9 months of regular use seems to have improved it a smidge. the PO said it mostly sat unused the previous year.
