Center Bore?? Help!

First let me say sorry if this has been asked and answered but I could not find it.

My ranger has it's baby tires on it the 14"s. I want to throw some 16"s on it. I found a 95 Chrysler LHS same bolt pattern (5x114.3). But the bore size is bigger. The LHS has a 71.5 while the Ranger is 70.3.

I'm very very new at this so my question is, what if any will I have to do to get these new 16's to work on my Ranger? I know rangers are lug centric ans was thinking I would not have to do anything but throw them on and away I go... but this is naive of me. Please help!

Again I tried to read other post but I have no idea what offsetting is or backspacing and I was never any good at math.

Thanks
