One second tones

When I start my ranger a tone starts and I can't figure out why or what it indicating. It's NOT the seat belt CHIME (I disabled it) but is a one second TONE, one second pause, and then a one second tone. The sequence continues for about 35-45 seconds. Help!! Can't find any technical info on it. It's driving me nuts.

Welcome to frf, it helps to let us know what kind of truck you have. Easier to troubleshoot

hmm... On mine, when I start the truck and leave the door open after the 5-6 dings for the seat belt i'll get a single beep to alert me that my door is open.
