Nice To "Meet" You
 

I'm on my second Ford Ranger. The first was wrecked, dang it. The current one was sitting unused for over a year, just came into use again a month ago.
I have rudimentary skills as a mechanic, but I am handy, have tools, logic and patience. Took a maintenence course MANY years ago, it has been a lifesaver. But that was back when cars had carbs! This 2005 Ranger is a complete mystery to me.

Middle aged, married woman in coastal SC, I raise chickens and have a small internet store on etsy.com. I am slightly slowed down by a bum hip, so I'm usually home on the computer or in the chicken pens!

Thanks for all the welcomes! Being as how I'm on my second Ranger, I guess I'm a fan of them.

Odd as it may be, I sold a Honda Ridgeline and unretired the Ranger. Kinda weird, because I loved the Ridgeline, but money way better on it!

Glad to see so many from SC here. I spent most of my life in TX though.

Thanks again for the warm welcomes! I've already picked up a lot of info just from reading threads, though no answer to my electrical issue yet! ;)

The terminology is a bit daunting at times, but I'm trying to learn it as I go along.
