Service help needed with Pop lock tailgate lock installation
 

I just purchased a Pop and Lock auto tail gate lock and I need help with the wiring. I have a 2008 FX4 extended cab. I removed the kick panel but I can not find the wires that the instructions say to connect to. Does anyone have the wire colors or video instructions? Thanks. I have no idea what I am doing so please do not assume I will know what you are talking about. I just installed the bak flip cover and love it. I want to be able to lock the tailgate with my auto door locks.

I took the passenger side door panel off and found the wires I needed. For my FX4 2008 they were grey with a purple stripe and white with a purple stripe. They are on the harness coming from the passenger door to the passenger kick panel. The wires are marked 3 and 14 on the harness connector. I hope this helps someone else. What a pain in the butt!!!!!!!:star:
