Is there any way members on here (new and current) could receive notifications on other members who are local to their area? For example a new member creates an account, they are sent an email stating the following members are in your area, and or the following Social Group is for your area and have an option to add them as friends and the current members have the option of adding them as well.

Some people dont like to make public where they live. That is why people block out their license plate in pictures.

Could always make a member map and people can tag their location if they wanted
