Exhaust on a lowered ranger....
I was wondering, for those of you that have lowered your ranger, what have you done for exhaust? I have a gibson dual on mine but at the moment I have to take the pipes from the muffler back off because they do not fit right after I lowered it. Is there a company that makes something that fits, or are you getting something custom made?

Stock works fine for me.

Re: Exhaust on a lowered ranger....
i had my exhaust custom made before lowering, didnt even have the plan to lower at the time, and when time came to lower the rear the exhaust was high enough to clear the axle

Do you guys have single or dual exhaust? How is the back end of yours lowered?

Re: Exhaust on a lowered ranger....
what i did was cut it right after the last hanger, and pput a turn down on it, its single exhaust, and dropped with the 5" flip kit

Re: Exhaust on a lowered ranger....
i cut my muffler off and took it to a garage then I realized that in Virginia the exhaust has to exit at least 18 inches past the cab to pass inspection so I had the mechanic make a custom exhaust from the cat and exit in front of the rear passenger side tire at an angle. and I told the mechanic to not worry about a muffler so now it's really loud (which is the way I like it). then he went ahead and inspected it and passed it. may have him do it for the other side too to make the sound even out if front of the driver side rear tire. but gotta have some money first... lol
