Transmission Jerking into Reverse

I just recently noticed my Transmission has began to jerk into reverse when I go to back up. It seems worse if its in Drive, and I go to reverse, and yes this is completely stopped. It will jerk, and if you open the door you can literally hear it shift into reverse, and it makes a clunking sound. I've never flushed the transmission since I've had it, good idea to do now, or is there a possibility that its unrelated, or its something more serious? I haven't had any actual shifting issues that I can think off whilst driving. It works in reverse just fine once its in reverse, and it does immediately go to reverse, just with what to me feels like a jarr which I know you get a small jarr from anyway, but never this bad. This seems to be a big jerk. Any ideas?

Mine did that for awhile after I flooded it. The dealer was supposed to flush all the fluids, but I think they just dropped the pan on the trans, cause the fluid was still pink with water in it. Flushed the trans, till all the water was out, and the problem stopped. Check your fluid condition.
