3rd Brake Light Lens

Does anyone have any good ideas on how to clean the lens of the 3rd brake light and cargo lights? Mine is pretty dingy and plain soap and water isn't working. Thanks in advance.

Try scotchbrite, I use that on my headlights. If that doesn't work, the brake light assembly is pretty cheap to buy.

Thanks for the info. Actually I used wd-40 and it made a big difference.
