2nd truck in 2 weeks!!!!!
 

OK...well I joined this forum a few weeks back, right after I purchased a '98 Ranger 4X4 Flareside/Stepside. Within 48 hours, the engine had a horrible knock....so back it went. Owner had no porblem refunding me.

Fast forward to this past Saturday. I was able to pick up a '97 Ranger XLT 4X4 S/C. It's loaded with everything, including the 4.0 ltr engine and a 3.73 L/S rear end. Although it has 130k on the ticker, it runs like a champ. The owner used it as a daily commuter for 11 years, with 95% being highway miles. It looks like new and runs great. So here's a quick photo take with my Blackberry last night. More pics will follow this weekend.

Nice job gettin the 97 over the 98 haha. Will be a he'll of a lot easier to lift i think. As STL said what are the plans?

Forgot ford calls it supercab :p

Thanks guys.....as for immediate plans???........it has a few things to get repaired. I want to add OEM Fog lights. Maybe get new wheels. But I'm going to run it for a few weeks and make sure I dont have any major headaches ( both in repair and in $) to contend with. I also have 3 weekend camping trips/music festivals to attend, so as long as she's running good, I'm happy for now.
