This vehicle best for someone who knows their Rangers

1996 Ford Ranger XLT w/cap. 5speed Manual Transmission, 2.3L 4cyl Fuel Injected engine. 152k

I've owned this for 2-1/2 years (3rd owner), it's been awesome, however it needs some maintenance. My kid is getting their license and we're looking to make some vehicle changes.

This is not my daily driver, more of a weekend warrior.

It needs the following:
Water pump (leaking)
Check engine light on - some b.s. sensor that needs replacing
Rear brake cables
Due for an oil change
Front left caliper (I have the pads, just didn't get down to Auto Zone yet.)
Cab mounted brake light needs to be sealed, leaks into cab a little when it rains

It's got Michelin rubber all around on 15" alloy wheels (previous owner got 'em off another Ranger)
It's a step side with a cap.
Interior is good, just needs a cleaning, I'm a non smoker.
Previous owner put a louder muffler on it and piped it out the side under the step
Has HID headlights (previous owner installed)
Chassis, etc, is in great shape. Carrier bearing on driveshaft replaced last year. New battery.

Photo is from when I first got it after cleaning it up, etc. Paint is scratched on bed in places, small dent in tailgate now.

Looking to move this quickly if possible.
