Interchangeable water pump?

Hello guys, I have a 2002 4.0L Ford Ranger. I need a new water pump and with the help of craigslist I found some inexpensive water pumps. Here is the deal breaker. The pumps I found are for 1990 - 2000 rangers. my truck is an 2002. Part number is GMB 125-1770, and it looks like it fits the 2001 SOHC 4.0, so would you say the water pump will also fit my 2002 SOHC? any help would be appretiated.

I already looked at different forums, and ebay to check if the part fits but I can not find anything that can help.

remember. You get what you pay for. Cheap isn't always good. Do yourself a favor. Pony up and buy a motor craft water pump from ford. They have a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty

awww damn it! Just ordered the EXPENSIVE Motorcraft pump from rock auto :(. Thanks for the advice!
