Hi and welcome.

Good grief do you have any solid metal to worth with?

It is hard to tell you what to do with this going only by the pictures you provided.

How about posting some close up pictures.

...How much do you like the truck? Haha. Properly repairing that much rust I going to be a shit ton of work.

Do you have the 2 piece frame? If so, and if the front half is in better shape, replacing the rear half of the frame might be a viable option.

You may consider finding a truck with a good body and frame with a blown engine.
Use your truck as a parts truck.

How did this truck suffer so much rust? road salt or was it used as a pool truck hauling chemicals around?

Re: rear frame restore help

I was hoping the truck was used for a pool service and the rust was contained to the rear.

If the rear is this rusted I imagine the front is as just as bad.

I live in Palm Beach County Florida in the Tri county area I have available to me countless Rangers available rust free from the mid 90s to the 2004 for anywhere from 500 bucks to 1300 bucks that need mechanical repairs.

here is just one example

I suggest you reconsider attempting repairing your truck.

Locate a truck from an area that does not use salt on their roads and restore that truck using parts from your truck are good.

rear frame restore help

Sure Ill post a pic when the chopping is done, but I need clearance dimensions first.

That still doesnt answer my question. I need to know the distance between the outer edge of the pulley and the frame so I know what inner width to make the hoops. Thanks.

Call a wrecker and have it towed to a junk yard.
