02 Ranger edge 3.0 slow to explorer 5.0 or other v8
 

Im looking to get more hp into my ranger. I checked out the ranger station and got some info but im still confused on what V8 would be the easiest swap. I was thinking of an explorer 5.0. My truck is a 2wd automatic and id like to keep it that way. Any suggestions and help is appreciated?

i just realized how many other people on here have posted similar threads haha. This is going to be my first project so im hungry for some knowledge

I'm pretty sure the expo 5.0 is the easiest v8 swap. The show trucks is doing a 4v 4.6 swap, they seem to make that look easy.
