Old lady goes to the doctor
 
This old lady goes to the doctor, because she's been having a lot of gas.

She tells the doctor "I've had a lot of gas lately. I usually just let it slip out quietly, and nobody notices. In fact, I've passed gas 4 times while we've been having this conversation."

Doctor says "Well, the first thing we're going to do is have your hearing checked."
