aftermarket radio install
 
So I am considering updating the stereo in my 07 ranger. Can anyone tell me if this thing requires one of these 150 buck harness so your airbags and such still work or do i just need the harness....?

Do it!! Order from Crutchfield, they include the harness adaptor and mounting hardware.

x2, crutchfield has the best customer service and everything is included for your install. If you get a single din then they will include the bracket that you need to cover everything. It has a compartment which you can mount on top or below the radio. Like so
