Can you be a little more specific than "I got subs" in describing what you did and how?

Exactly.

We need the who installed it? What was installed/ amp deck fuses etc. when did the problem start. Right after, intermittent, and how.

Then We'll hopefully give you the why.

They screwed it up when running wires or splicing wires. Take it back to them, and do not leave until they fix it and do not pay them a dime.

...and, if they can't fix it (or you don't feel confident in their ability to fix their mistake), take it to a competent mechanic to fix, and let them know that they will be responsible for paying that bill...

thanks, i took it back and they said it was a blown fuse. got it fixed but later that day the same thing happened again. i guess its my fault for not asking about why the fuse broke......gonna take it back again tommorrow and get it fixed for good.

Sound's like a short.

Best buy's installers suck. Get em to fix it, and never have them do another electrical thing on your truck again (unless there shitty wiring craps out again) lol.
