I Want Music For Cheap~Help!

Well lets start by letting you know I am at a total loss.I finally bought a Android LG L34C Tracfone but have a Sirrus,Pandora ready Pioneer AVH X1500DVD head unit. I don't have a clue on downloading songs to my Android or Satellite radio or know anything about apps so clue me in on the cheapest route to play classic rock in my truck without commercials like on FM. I'm retired surviving on Social (lack of) Security. Thanks to all that try to help a old fart.

Get the free Pandora app on the phone. Then, plug the phone into the radio aux. input.

If you get the paid version of Pandora ( I can't remember how much it is, but it's not that much) you can listen to music ad free. If you use the free version, you're still adds but it's only like one 30 second ad for every five songs or so

the only other way I can think is to use a mp3 storage device like a iPod, phone, or other player. Then just store the music you like on that. The only bad thing is, it is going to always play the same songs you have on it. I say in your case, just go make some CD's. You can fit about 12 songs on a normal disc. Make a few of those and you should be good. Really simple to do to.

Thanks Eli,I have about 350 cd's and I have a ton or rock concerts on dvd that I can play.I'm really leaning toward Satellite radio because #1 I had a Ipod and couldn't figure out Apple, so I gave it to my son.I thought I could download songs to my Android, but haven't really tried saving them with Google but I have a feeling I could mess that up too.Nice part about saving songs to my Android is, that it charges the battery while plugged in.Storage and theft is the problem with cd's and dvd's.Guess I am just a PIA,LoL!

Haha no brother, you're fine! That's why this forum is here. I understand what you're saying though, my uncle has about 100 CDs in his truck in a big case. They get annoying having to change out and figure out where the song you want to listen to is. And the satellite radio is good. My mom had it in her car for a year from the dealership. The subscription ran out and she didn't want to renew because she just listens to FM radio. But it's good, it has many more stations than normal FM and if you can go through a guide list, you can figure out which ones you like easily. That'll work great for you if the price of a subscription is right for you.

I looked at some of them like Sirius and Pandora,Spotify. My buddy get his Sirius renewed for $30 bucks a year after the first year, which I could afford, but I would have to get a antenna and receiver and the upfront cost is rather pricey and I'm afraid I would kill myself or someone else, fiddling with the receiver going down the street. LoL!

You can always go to a place like best buy and get it all installed.

I probably can get a receiver and antenna from eBay cheap, but the monthly charge is prohibitive, because and I only put on 3500 to 5000 miles per year. Try to remember LOF on my part. Thanks

Try looking for a local electronics store, like a small business deal. They may do it for less.
