2001 ford ranger edge stock lift on the front?
 

I have a 2001 ford ranger edge... I was recently told that I could lift the front with some kind of stock lift that is on it. The back is a little higher than the front and I was wondering if anyone knew if this stock lift that can be adjusted on the front is true??

yeah its called cranking your torsion bars. its not a lift, it just lifts your truck if that makes sense...lol.

look at this gys truck after he cranked his torsion bars and installed Belltech 6400 Shackles and 32s. He has an edge 2WD just like you:

Easy to do. Don't forget an alignment after the crank. Also remember your ride will get worse.

Pictures posted above are kinda misleading due to him having different tires on.

It will defiantly level the front out with the back and look better

Lol Myke, this is true, but yeah u can level out the truck doing this, but there are drawbacks like rougher ride and increased wear

The ride definitely goes from terrible to horrible. I'm leaning towards the ORW coil-overs.
