It is on maneuvers hugging the coast line at tree top level..........maybe 300 feet off the water!

Wicked action shots. I always end up trying to catch it on my cell phone camera!

Can you imagine flying that beast that low? Or for that matter, flying it anywhere??

I landed #2 behind one of those on Nantucket a few years ago. You could see it coming for miles with the 4 distinct trails of black smoke behind it. Awesome aircraft! Now what's really interesting is getting buzzed by a C5.

If he was flying 300 ft above the water, he wasn't trying. Those planes are designed to fly AT sea level. You haven't lived till you've seen your props chopping the tops of waves!

I'm glad to hear it's out on maneuvers, thats job security for me!

Cool yep they where no more than 100 yards off of shore for the most part pretty sick

I am lucky the local airport has a very nice airshow yearly and the rout has the turning right over my place. I get to watch all the big stuff 500 feet or less over my front yard and the f16 and f18 and stealth bombers, I could hit them with a tennis ball if I tried. we always run out of the house when we hear them. 4-5 days of this always on my birthday..

Got to love the 10 days of the EAA. Lots of fly-overs by old aircraft and a couple booms from the military stuff.
