98-00 ranger door ajar
 

i got a 99 ranger and im having a problem with the "door ajar light" lighting up and beeping even when both doors are closed tightly. anyone know what i can do?

spray the latches in the doors with wd-40 and slam the doors a bunch of times.

Wd-40 is the answer.The ford windjunk vans are worse than anything about the door sensors.I used to have to spray mine every few months.now my ranger on the other hand is about 1-2x a year at most.
